Welcome! Fisheating Creek Outpost is owned and operated by Allen and Patty Register under contract with Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. We are stakeholders in this corner of the Glades. We own Gatorama and enjoy a reputation of being pioneers and leaders in the alligator farming industry and take pride in preserving Gatorama as a great day trip destination in Southwest Florida.

Fisheating Creek is a mystical place that evokes strong emotions and memories of a bygone era for many. We relish stories Patty's father David Thielen tells of the wonderful times he had as a barefooted little boy back in the 30's. He and his buddies from Lakeport would travel up Fisheating Creek towards Palmdale, then at the end of the day, hop on clumps of floating tussocks and ride them back home to Lakeport after a long day of adventure on the Creek. Those stories add to the intrinsic value of the Creek and its preservation for generations to come. This is who we are and what we are about!
Fisheating Creek Outpost looks forward to bringing reason, sound and honest business practices and peace to the Creek - with God's help.
