CHOOSE YOUR SITE

Select from 120 sites in three distinct areas. We also offer a two-room cabin as well as group tent sites.

RV Sites

Located near the campground entrance, we rent 52 RV sites, including 48 full-hookup sites with 30 and 50 amp electric, water and sewer. Many of our RV sites now feature concrete parking pads. Our RV site numbers are:

Please view the campground map for site locations. Bathrooms are located between the C & D areas.

Tent sites

Choose from 68 tent sites, many of which are located along Fisheating Creek and near the swim lake. Select sites also offer electric and water. Otherwise, water is available at the north or south bathhouses.

Pop-Ups: Pop-ups are permitted on primitive sites, excluding waterfront sites.

Generator Friendly Sites: Small, quiet generators may be used in select campsites for tents and pop-up campers. Please contact us in advance to confirm which campsites allow generators and please read our generator guidelines.

Cabin

Fisheating Creek’s cabin features a private bedroom, a living room/dining area with stove and refrigerator, air conditioning and bathroom. The living room sofa folds out into a full size bed, and rollaways are available for an additional charge. The cabin is wheelchair accessible.

Cabin occupancy is strictly limited to six people. No pets permitted. Service animals are permitted.

Group Tent Sites

Bring your group camping at Fisheating Creek! Please call 863-675-5999 for group site pricing and reservations.

We offer seven group sites for primitive camping:

Deer Clan: Open field with some shade, Deer Clan site is located near the entrance to the hiking trail and the north bathhouse. Electric and water available for an additional fee. Capacity: 60 to 150 campers.

Bear Clan: Located near the north bathhouse and the entrance of the hiking trail. Large open field with some shade. Capacity: 50 to 100 campers.

Panther Clan: Located near the Creek, this site features a large open field with some shade. Capacity: 50 to 100 campers.

Bird Clan: This site features plenty of shade and is located near our north bathhouse. Capacity: 30 to 40 campers.

Fish Clan: Lots of shade and located near the north bathhouse. Capacity: 30 to 40 campers.

Otter Clan: Small site located close to the Creek and Camp Store. Capacity 20 to 25 campers.

Depot Area: This area consists of ten regular tent sites, four of which are on the banks of our swim pond. The Depot Area, located under the full shade of beautiful old oak trees, is available on an exclusive basis to larger groups. Capacity: 100 to 150 campers.

To secure your reservation at Fisheating Creek Outpost, a one-night, non-refundable deposit is required using a valid credit card. A valid credit card must be provided at check-in to complete the balance of your reservations. (For group site bookings please call 863-675-5999.)

Notices:

Fisheating Creek Outpost requires site holder to be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Each site rate includes four people and up to two tents. For more than four guests, there is an additional fee of $6 per person, per night.
Pets are not permitted at Depot Lake.
During peak season, a two-night minimum stay is required for waterfront sites.
During holiday and special event weekends, there is a three-night minimum for all campsites.
Reservations made more than 90 days from the date of arrival may be subject to an increased rate as prescribed by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Fisheating Creek Outpost.
Florida State Statute forbids pets or glass objects at the Lake Depot swimming area.
