Choose from a wide array of paddling opportunities on Fisheating Creek, ranging from one-hour “out-and-back” paddles at the campground to a 16-mile wilderness adventure! We offer canoe, kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals, transportation services to upstream put-in ramps, and private vessel livery.

Fisheating Creek is the only free-flowing tributary that runs into “The Big O” – Lake Okeechobee. While paddling the entire 52-mile distance to the lake isn’t possible, we offer three adventures:
To canoe with minimal portages, you need about 2 feet of water in the Creek, and for kayaking you need at least 1.5 feet. You can paddle when the water level is less than this but you may have to get out of your boat and portage at several spots along the Creek. Check the water levels of Fisheating Creek or ask us when you arrive.
Choose between 4 shuttle trips to start your paddling adventure
Canoe and Kayak Livery Service (Shuttle):
Please arrive 30 minutes before your departure time to fill out float plans and rental forms.
Please call by 5 pm the day before to make a reservation for the shuttle van.
We transport our rented vessels as well as private vessels.
Burnt Bridge Shuttles: 8 miles (about a 4-hour trip)
This is an easy, enjoyable paddle. Distance and time are dependent on the water level.
